Shipping & Delivery
All Ancient Innovations products are handcrafted in our Indiana workshop. Many of our products are made to order, personalized, or assembled specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated production times will be listed on each product page whenever possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Ancient Innovations is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.
