Return & Refunds

Standard Products
Unused, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
* Item must be unused and in original condition* Item must be returned in original packaging when possible* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Personalized & Custom Products
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

This includes:
* Custom artwork uploads* Personalized engravings* Custom names or text* Special-order designs

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs to help evaluate the issue. If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
