Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Ancient Innovations is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.
Unused, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized & Custom Products Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
