By placing an order, commissioning a custom piece, or otherwise doing business with our humble workshop, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. If any clause displeases you, we kindly invite you to seek wares elsewhere — no hard feelings, only safe travels.
🛡️ Custom Commissions & Creative Boundaries
All custom orders are subject to review and approval by Ancient Innovations.
We proudly reserve the right to accept or decline any commission at our sole discretion.
Specifically, we shall not create works that we deem:
- Pornographic or explicit in nature
- Political in theme or messaging
- Otherwise inappropriate or misaligned with our brand and values
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone requesting work that does not align with what we consider suitable for our company.

🎨 Approval of Custom Designs
Before any custom piece enters production, the design will be reviewed and approved by the customer. Once approved, the design is considered final, and the crafting process begins.
As such, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
💰 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in good faith and may change without prior proclamation. Payment is required before items ship or custom work begins unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
We strive to dispatch your treasures swiftly, but once parcels leave our workshop, delivery times are subject to the whims of couriers and the occasional mischievous sprite (logistics).
We will gladly assist with shipping issues, though customers may be required to cooperate with claims or documentation when necessary.
🔧 Product Variations
Because many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations in grain, color, or finish are part of their charm and not considered defects. Each piece is a unique relic, not a mass-produced trinket.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Ancient Innovations shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Use your relics wisely, adventurer.
